Announcements No Comments »You will notice some pretty significant changes to the overall look and feel to the site (when compared with the old site). We converted the site to a blog so that you can also post comments about our properties or ask questions.
You can see at any time what we have for sale by clicking on the categories on the right side of the page. You will see the following categories initially….
Properties - Active - these post will contain any current properties that we have for sale
Properties - Sold - normally we just simply delete the pages from the site once the property is sold. Now you can see what deals we have sold in the past.
Property Updates - we will post price reductions on the properties as well as announce new listing for sale.
You will also see a few tabs at the top of the site.
Housing news - this is updated automatically on the site throughout the day. You can see here relevant articles about the housing market throughout the United States.
The Resources and Article tabs are empty right now but soon will be updated with valuable resources that will help you in real estate investing. Once we update this section we will let you know.
We will also be adding video tutorials that will help you in your business …along with tools that we use everyday in ours.
